EmpowerED Pathway was founded on a simple truth: when you empower the teacher, you transform the classroom. After 16 years of teaching middle grades science, founder Djuana Oliver knows firsthand what real engagement looks like and what it takes to move scholars past "covering the content" to genuinely mastering it.
Today, she partners with schools and districts to bring that same energy to their educators. Through hands-on professional development, leadership coaching, and her signature ACTIVATE approach, EmpowerED Pathway equips teachers with strategies they'll actually use Monday morning so scholars stay engaged and reach mastery, and teachers rediscover why they got into this work.
